About Rhythm Spark
A small instrument for the sounds already waiting on your drive.
Rhythm Spark is a personal exploration of what happens when collecting sounds feels less like organising a library and more like opening a door.
To get back to the first spark.
I have folders full of samples that I like, but do not always reach for. Rhythm Spark began as a way to make those sounds feel immediate again: open a folder, hit a pad, let a rough loop suggest where to go next.
Browser-native, local-first, deliberately hands-on.
The project uses browser audio tools to keep the instrument close to the files already on your machine. There is no account to make and no audio to upload. The goal is a quick, tactile place to audition, sequence, reshape, and export an idea.
Build, listen, revise, repeat.
This is a living experiment rather than a finished statement. The interface, kits, randomisation, and little visual details are all being tuned through use: what feels playful, what gets in the way, and what makes a loop worth keeping.
